About the position
Internships at DG Group span 3 to 6 months, tailored for students and recent graduates aspiring to delve into the realm of cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions. Through immersive on-the-job training, our interns garner invaluable industry acumen and a unique insight into our core operations.
Interns at DG Group undertake daily responsibilities with guidance from colleagues who serve as both instructors and mentors. They interact with senior bankers, hone foundational skills in financial analysis, accounting, and valuation, and engage in a broad array of cross-border transactions. Currently, our internships are available in London.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Amass and synthesize financial and operational data regarding companies, industries, and governments.
- Develop and refine financial models.
- Collect market data to discern trends and assist in valuing transactions.
- Draft presentations for dissemination within the Firm and the financial services industry.
- Participate in team discussions and client meetings, occasionally delivering segments of presentations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in valuation methodologies and applications, bolstered by robust financial and computer skills.
- Exceptional analytical prowess, outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities, and a proven ability to collaborate seamlessly with the entire team.
- Dedication, a team-oriented disposition, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to exert effort to achieve the highest standards of performance.
- Fluency in English.
- Competence in Mandarin communication.
