All successful applicants to the Huddersfield Business School Open Scholarship receive a full waiver of fees in addition to an annual stipend of £3,500 (FT PGRs).

Details of the University of Huddersfield Open Scholarship
To encourage outstanding research, the University of Huddersfield is accepting applications for the Huddersfield Business School Open Scholarship for 2024–2025 from deserving applicants. Successful applicants will be chosen through our selection process in a competitive manner. For the duration of the regular registration period only, they will be able to enroll in a research degree program without paying any tuition.
For postgraduate research candidates pursuing full-time studies, there will be no fees for the first three years of study. There will be no application fees for up to six years of part-time study.
The Huddersfield Business School Open Scholarship has eligibility requirements.
To be considered for the Huddersfield Business School Open Scholarship, you must:
- Both domestic and foreign applications are welcome.
- Applicants must possess a distinguished Master’s degree.
- Research proposals must be in line with one of the topic specializations or research themes of the Huddersfield Business School.
The University of Huddersfield Open Scholarship 2024’s advantages
- All successful applicants will receive a full remission of fees from the University of Huddersfield Open Scholarship, in addition to an annual stipend of £3,500 (for full-time PGRs), which is lowered to 50% (or £1,750) for part-time PGRs.
- PGR candidates must make sufficient academic progress and fully participate in the research program in order to receive the stipend.

- a research proposal,
- an MSc mark transcript and two letters from referees, which should all be received before the application closing date
